This is normal and will go away after application - You MUST clean the application surface before applying decals - With the decal on a flat surface, run a credit card or rigid squeegee against the transparent side of the decal several times - Slowly peel back the transparent paper. The decal should be adhering to the transparent tape. If not, repeat the prior step or gently use your nail to keep it in place. - Apply the transfer tape with the decal onto the application surface, ensuring that the tape is straight, not wrinkled. - Use a credit card or squeegee to smooth the decal onto the surface. Run over the decal several times at a 45 degree angle to ensure a smooth transfer. - Squeegee out from the center of the decal to remove any air-bubbles. - Slowly remove the transfer tape. If the decal stays attached to the transfer tape, repeat the prior two steps. A razor or your fingernail may also be used to hold the vinyl down. ***You can also liberally spray soapy water on the surface prior to applying the decal to allow for adjustment before settling*** Color - White Width - 6 in.
