This set includes the 1971 upright seat #21 and the 1971 more modern style #21 Indianapolis 500 cars.. BOTH decanters are empty..BOTH are MINT...NO DAMAGE whatsoever. Look closely at the pictures as this is sold as-found, as-is, no-returns.
