When the heater switch is flipped up (to the "on" position), it makes three audible beeps, the light on the switch turns on red, and the rear temp control lights also come on-- but the unit's fan does not activate. It does not blow any air. This unit is being sold AS-IS. Item will ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground (buyer's choice).
