The covers and corners show expected wear for an almost 75-year-old yearbook. There is a small red stain toward the bottom inside corner of the front cover (could be a printing error as there is red ink on the embossing). There is a 1” separation at the top of the spine on the front cover side, and there is a 1” separation at the bottom of the spine on the back cover side. The front facing page shows some slight wear and very light creasing. The rest of the interior is in good shape. The only writing in the book is the original owner’s name on the inside front cover.
