It is an ex-library book. The original dust jacket is significantly worn and torn and shows extensive marks and foxing. A Dewey-decimal sticker is affixed to the spine. The book has been covered in plastic which has worn away along the edges and corners. There are significant tape marks on the inner covers, which have transferred to the back endpage. The front endpage has been removed and the tape has thus made some sticky marks on the first page of the book, which features the blurb. There are library cancellation stamps on at least 3 pages. There is also some writing in both pencil and ink and a library stamp on the copyright page. There is extensive foxing and marking throughout the book. Please see photos for details.
