The brooch is made of gold-tone metal and has a prong setting style, with a 2-part design hook eye layered for added security. This unique piece is perfect for any occasion, whether you're dressing up or adding a statement to your everyday look. The brooch also has a hook so it can be hung as a necklace ; it is handmade and was manufactured in the United States during the 1960s. AS IS: One Keystone Rhinestone and the metal setting has been broken off. In the comparable Scheiner ruffles, this was where the company's label was placed. It is also missing one of the Bright orange round rhinestones. I have not cleaned the brooch since finding it out in the wild. I leave that to it's next owner to do. This item is sold as is.
