This is an older catalogue listing of these issues and while the prices are woefully out of date, the information, listings, and images are still extremely useful and the prices can be used to gauge relative scarcity. This is the 1978 2nd edition published by A. Bourdi of Lyon, and in a paperback tape-bound format of 5" by 7-7/8" of 210 pp. plus index and 33 pages of images, the catalogue lists all Zemstvos with descriptions, color variants, etc. An essential tool for the Zemstvo collector.
