Description: c1940RARE MEN'S 43MM CURVEX CASED BULOVA "MINUET MAN" 2TONE DIAL WATCH~KEEPS TIME. Item Is Pre-Owned; Item Is Sold "AS IS"; Shipped USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE. Offered for your consideration is this attractive and scarce 17 jewel caliber 7AP Bulova "Minuet Man" wristwatch. The timepiece measures approximately 43mm from lug to lug and 21mm in width not including the crown. Handsomely styled, it has a very distinctive long curved case reminiscent of other Curvex timepieces of the era. The sides have a slightly stepped design with a gently sloping groove running its entire length sweeping gracefully into the curved solid lugs. As expected, there is minor finish wear, as well as scratches consistent with its age; the rear contains the dedication shown in the pictures. The rich 10k rolled gold bezel is in good condition. The crystal is clear, clean and without major issues permitting an unobstructed view of the aged, unique gold and purple dial with gold Roman hour indicators and large sub seconds dial. The signed Bulova caliber 7AP manual wound movement presently winds, sets and keeps good time; however, unerring accuracy cannot be guaranteed, nor should it be expected. If one hundred percent accuracy is required a cleaning and adjustment is recommended. Attached is a like new Lizo Calf band; the watches entire length is approximately 8 inches. Please review all the pictures as they represent far more accurately the items condition than any verbal description that I can provide.
