Sustainable Sourcing All of our hides and skins are by-products of the food industry and have traceable provenances. Leather is 100% biodegradable and post-consumer recyclable. Bontoni has developed long-standing strategic partnerships with a number of local and regional tanneries. These leather suppliers have been at the forefront of developing innovative ways to limit the impact of tanning on the environment. Each of our tannery partners adheres to the strictest local and European eco-friendly practices.
