Each CD was tested to initialize and play and they all tested fine on my CD player - your experience could vary on your equipment. Overall the CDs are in very good condition with typical minor scratches or scuffs possible. Cases have the usual scuffs and scratches and one has a crack in the back panel. For the 3-CD set which is Part 1, each CD has its own booklet. For the 3-CD set which is Part 2, the information for each CD was combined into one booklet.
