Description: Very hard to find! In the mid 1930’s Blenko had a contract with Colonial Williamsburg to make reproduction glassware from shards of glass found on site. This continued until the mid 1960’s and I read that they did such a good job that experts had a hard time distinguishing between the reproductions and the actual glasses. The last 2 pictures are from the Blenko 1958 catalog, for reference only. This listing is for all 5 tavern glasses in the amethyst color. All 5 have distinctive CW-5M tavern shape, Pontil bottom mark , and are around 4 inches tall. No chips or cracks. There are subtle differences in each glass, as each is handmade.
