This is an ARTLEY 17S CLARINET in Hard Case. The mouthpiece says H COUF SPECIAL. The Serial Number is 752111. Made in USA. He wrote down Bb Soprano - but I don't know how that is determined. Near as I can tell, I think one pad might be missing a piece.
