Please follow us on instagram , we are textiletrunk This handsome vest is French and dates from the early 1900s. ~ This vest was made using a silky rayon backing and the front is a woven rayon or silk. I actually cant feel which because of the weave, and I cant do a burn test :) ~*~ This vest has a lovely shape and was made for a larger man. Lovely mother of pear buttons, this vest was intended for formal use. ( vest E 517) MEASUREMENTS : Length: 21 inches Chest: 20 inches from one underarm to the other, laid flat across the front Shoulders across the back: 15 inches CONDITION : This vest is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. There are pale marks on this vest, most prominent on the backing fabric, but just faint! ! Generally in really lovely condition indeed ~ 05/12/20
