Description: Antique French Majolica “French Chef” Pitcher Great Patina c.1900s. This is an unusual piece and although unattributed,this piece has many characteristics of Sarreguemines. He has a seam on both sided and while most of the Art is Handpainted, the hair and cheeks are aerographie. Aerographie first appears in French artwork in 1886. He’s a real French character face with red nose, Rosey Cheeks ,missing tooth and green head scarf. He measures 7” tall and is excellent antique condition.
