Description: Included in the price is 4 complete lamp holder assemblies, each a three-part unit, for a total of 12 pieces. Multiple sets of 4 available with volume pricing applicable. The shell is basic, standard, aluminum with light gold or brass tone. Will accommodate the twist knob but is not compatible with a push through switch. It has a cardboard insulating sleeve. The cap is also very basic. Has standard lamp threads, does not have a set screw. Has teeth for gripping the shell as well as a cardboard insulator. The socket/switch has a two-pin system for “hot” and “neutral” wiring. They are color coded. The yellow-brass screw is for hot, and the white brass screw is for neutral. The rotary switch has three settings. On/high (100% of the bulb’s rated wattage), on/low/dimmed (approximately 50% of the bulb’s rated wattage), and off. This feature allows you to turn any incandescent E26 bulb into a dimmable bulb, so it’s no longer necessary to purchase three-ways if your needs aren’t that specific.
