The reverse design features a silhouette of Annie Jump Cannon against the night sky, with a number of stars visible. Inscriptions are "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", " ANNIE JUMP CANNON," "CLASSIFYING THE STARS and DELAWARE. The year of minting, 2019, mint mark-D, and inscription "E PLURIBUS UNUM" are incused on the edge of the coin. The dollar coins are made from a blend of zinc, manganese, nickel and copper. 8.100 grams, 1.043 inches in diameter, edge is lettered.
