Description: This is a 3 piece lot of vintage/antique gold filled open face pocket watches, Elgin, Tavannes and Waltham. I can't remove the back cover of the Waltham - I think it screws off, but won't budge - but the Elgin and Tavannes have 20 year Wadsworth cases. They all have crystals, the Elgin one is loose. Looking at the Elgin and the Tavannes movements - both balance wheels move and springs are intact and the movements in general are clean with no tarnish.The Elgin watch is a 1917, size 16s - the two other watches are a bit smaller, maybe a 12s? I can't find a database for the Tavannes and as I said above, can't get the back off of the Waltham to check serial number.The Waltham case has some gold wear around the octagonal edges, the other two have very little gold wear.Happy to answer any questions or send more pics. All watches sold as-is, not working, needing repair. Please note: Pieces are sold in as-found condition. These are vintage used treasures and I gently clean individual pieces, but leave major cleaning and polishing up to the buyer to do as per taste. I do not clean lots. I do my best to inspect each piece and describe/photograph any hallmarks, signatures, metal marks, flaws, damage and imperfections as best I can, but please ask any questions you may have before bidding.
