There are blue streaks on the right barrel from contact with other bats. There are cleat marks on all sides of the barrel and a light coat of pine tar on the handle. Cal has signed the bat boldly in silver marker and added the rare inscription "Ironman" below the signature. Signature certified by PSA and Beckett. Cal's number 8 is on the knob as well at the length (1/2) in marker, and the weight (32 1/2) is written on the knob in pencil. This is a truly exceptional early Ripken bat that would be hard to match. PSA authentication for the bats game use is PSA#1B11968 and AJ05450 for the signature.
