It is a crisp white color with the prettiest sheer lantern sleeves. It has an empire style cut waist with a high neck with a bit of Victorian influence that was quite popular in the prairie cottage-esque era. The skirt is full and has a petite, modest train. The backside of the dress has a full zipper. There is beautiful ivory colored embroidered style lace throughout the dress, including the bottom hem, sleeve hem, and as appliqués throughout the skirt of the dress. There is a bustle on the back and a loop on both the lining and dress for ease of carrying the back skirt. Flaws: There are a few small spots throughout, I would recommend a dry cleaning. This one was pictured with an underskirt for added volume. There is no inside tag with maker or branding, thinking this one is acetate.
