Description: 1969 AMC AMX SS ERTL 1:18 Limited Diecast Hunter Green in Box BIN This auction features a 1968 - 1969 AMC AMX SS muscle car diecast, released by ERTL Diecast for their American Muscle Series. It is in beautiful mint condition (has been in a secure showcase), in the original Box. This was a limited run diecast in the Hunter Green paint, with silver stripes and tan interior. The AMX may not have been a true muscle car, or even a pony car. But it was the only true steel two-seat American built sports car on the market and represented the height of the American Motor Company (AMC) performance. The AMC AMX debuted on Feb. 24, 1968, as a mid 1968 model. 1:18 scale AMX SS diecast has opening doors and hood, nice 390 ci V8 engine, accurate AMC AMX "Hunter Green" paint, w/ 390 badges and Trim . It has readable gauges, wood grain steering wheel and floor shifter in the interior.
