Long story short ..My BIL left several rolls Of 1960-D pennies in plastic tubes. I tried To open to see if all were Bu like the top one.. No can open..Finally hack sawed the top and bottom of 2 rolls off & put rolls in a separate bag and gently dropped them on The floor..4-5 coins came out so I just kept Dropping until they all came out…Now the rest of the story…These were placed in tubes in early 1960, so the Small Date was Not yet announced…So these rolls were put up till I opened them in February 2024!
