Description: NOTE CONDITION ISSUE! Hard to find vintage Hagen Renaker Wrangler Shetland Pony Stallion in matte chestnut with flaxen mane & tail. Designed by Maureen Love and produced Spring 1954 to Fall 1955 plus Fall 1956 to Spring 1957. Approx. 4 inches tall. White spots in my photos are glare from my photo table lamps. This great oldie has a slightly pebbly feeling (guess the slip may have had some grog in it?) to it. He is greatly in need of a bath but I will leave that to the new owner. He has 1 repaired leg break - the break line looks pretty clean but the repair is slightly off so he could be reglued to improve that quite a bit. He also has some stray lighter black paint under his left eye and a tiny surface flake to the bottom edge of 1 foot that should touch up nicely. A rare old chap looking for a loving new home.
