Description: This is an original 1947 1948 Chevrolet Upper Grille Bar. This upper grille bar was recently acquired from the estate of an elderly collector. It was tagged as having been removed from a '47 Chevrolet over 30 years ago. This is an original Genuine GM '47-'48 Chevrolet upper(or top) grille bar molding. This original die-cast molding is clean, and still fairly shiney. Typical pitting present, along with some scratches and other small imperfections(see pics). Also note, 2 hairline cracks are present, one on upper LH side, and the other on lower RH side(see close-up pics). Would work on a driver as-is, or restore for show. Chevrolet part number for this upper grille bar molding is 3687410. As stated, correct for '47-'48 Chevrolet cars.
