This unit is tested for Flow as well as for Internal and External leaks using a test stand with adjustable Vacuum pump and Denatured alcohol. This Carter RJH-08 short pump 1929.. works fine on 30 and 31..This is A quality unit.....Many NOS parts, With a new Needle and Seat , New gaskets, and Leather pump seal.. very clean with many NOS parts and very few tool marks or wear, with Very Good Brass Bowl. Includes 2 spec sheets for tuning and adjusting and a new flange gasket.......I have cable clamp bracket's if you need one let me know. I DO NOT offer a refund policy...
