Description: 1920s CAST IRON Tea Size CORN BREAD PAN, Krusty Korn Kobs 1317, Sidney Ohio #2 Click images to enlarge Description 1920s TEA SIZE CORN BREAD MOLD Adorable old cast iron figural corn stick mold measuring 8-1/2" long by 4-1/2" wide in size. Designed to make small TEA SIZE muffins, a more dainty version of the full size bread, mold was made by Wagner Ware, Sidney, Ohio, bears a patent date of July 5, 1920, mold marked 1317 and labeled KRUSTY KORN KOBS - love how the "K"s are made from tiny corn cobs! Condition is very nice with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, discoloration or damage - pan sits flat and is complete with pierced handles for hanging. It has been used as shown with dots of surface rust on the back and fine surface rust on the top - I can rub this with my finger - none of it bites into the metal - I think this would turn out beautifully if cleaned and seasoned. A charming smaller size - I remember my Grandmother making these dainty corn bread sticks for her bridge parties. Fun addition to any collection or display! Please note - I have two of these pans and the other is listed separately. If you would like to purchase both, there would be no additional shipping on the second pan.
