Covers are clean and have little wear. The spine has what appears to have been an inked title, with a partial handwritten label partially over it. Joints are supple. Hinges and binding are firm. Endpapers have names and notations and are heavily foxed. However, the interior is clean. Though addressed to children, there's nothing juvenile about the writing or subject. Educated 12 year olds of the day read at our college level. Quite scarce. Overall condition is Very Good or better All my books are as described.
